On behalf of supervision authorities, producers and clients we provide monitoring, inspection and acceptance of welded structures and other welded products.
These services are meant to be used mainly by foreign clients who bought welded products in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. This service is provided in cooperaton with GSI mbH.
We offer monitoring and testing of:
welding technology in-process in workshop and on-site
qualification of welding personnel
selection of base materials and determination of their weld ability
coordination of welding filler materials
acceptance of finished products
We can also ensure non-destructive and mechanical tests by accredited organizations.
We elaborate protocols, test reports, technical reports etc.( in Czech, German, English).
